What do Bon Jovi, Ryan Murphy and tigers have in common? This April in Disney+ UK, with brings together documentarise and a true-life drama for some spring watchlist cleaning – and, to mark Earth Day, a celebration of the wonders of nature.

Vanderpump Villa: Season 1 – 1st April

Decadence and debauchery collide in “Vanderpump Villa,” an unscripted docu-drama following Lisa Vanderpump’s hand-selected staff as they work, live, and play at an exclusive French estate: Chateau Rosabelle. Episodes 1 to 3 arrive together, followed by episodes weekly.

Wish – 3rd April

In this animated musical-comedy, Asha, a sharp-witted idealist, makes a powerful wish that’s answered by Star, a ball of boundless energy. Soon, Asha and Star must face a formidable foe and prove that one brave human can make wondrous things happen.

The Greatest Hits – 12th April

Harriet (Lucy Boynton) finds art imitating life when she discovers certain songs can transport her back in time – literally. While she relives the past through romantic memories of her former boyfriend (David Corenswet), her time travelling collides with a burgeoning new love interest in the present Justin H. Min). As she takes her journey through the hypnotic connection between music and memory, she wonders – even if she could change the past, should she?

Feud: Capote vs the Swans: Season 1 – 17th April

Ryan Murphy’s latest FX anthology entry tells the story of acclaimed writer Truman Capote, once a confidante to society’s most elite women, whom he nicknamed “the swans.” However, his act of betrayal effectively destroyed those relationships, banished him from high society and sent him into a spiral of self-destruction from which he would ultimately never recover. All episodes arrive at once.

Secrets of the Octopus: Season 1 – 22nd April

Octopuses are like aliens on Earth: three hearts, blue blood and the ability to squeeze through a space the size of their eyeballs. From James Cameron, the next installment of the award-winning Secrets of… franchise returns with a three-part exploration of their one-of-a-kind superpowers, extraordinary intelligence, and secret social lives.

Thank You Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story: Season 1 – 26th April

Thank You, Goodnight is a four-part, all access series chronicling the epic past and uncertain future of the iconic band Bon Jovi. A 40-year odyssey of rock ‘n roll idolatry on the precipice as a vocal injury threatens to bring everything a halt. All episodes arrive at once.
