After Marvel’s Daredevil returns last month, this month sees the return of Star Wars hero Cassian Andor for a second season. He’s joined by A Real Pain and the star-studded Dying for Sex.

Here’s what’s coming soon to Disney+ in April 2025:

A Real Pain – 2nd April

Jesse Eisenberg and Kieran Culkin give moving performances in this thought-provoking emotional journey about complex relationships set against the scenic backdrop of Poland.

Dying for Sex: Season 1 – 4th April

Inspired by the story of Molly Kochan, originally shared on a Wondery podcast created with her best friend, Nikki Boyer. After Molly (Michelle Williams) receives a diagnosis of Stage IV metastatic breast cancer, she decides to leave her husband, Steve (Jay Duplass) and begins to explore the full breadth and complexity of her sexual desires for the first time in her life. She gets the courage and support to go on this adventure from her best friend Nikki (Jenny Slate), who stays by her side until the very end. Also joining the cast are Rob Delaney, Kelvin Yu, David Rasche, Esco Jouléy and Sissy Spacek.

The Stolen Girl: Season 1 – 16th April

When her 9-year-old daughter Lucia excitedly asks to go on an overnight playdate with her new best friend Josie, Elisa agrees. After meeting Josie’s mother, Rebecca, she’s put at ease by her charming nature and their impressive house. But when she says goodnight to her daughter, she has no idea that she is about to be thrust into every parent’s worst nightmare. The next day, when Elisa goes to pick up Lucia, she discovers that the beautiful house was a holiday rental. Lucia is missing. Rebecca and Josie have vanished. What started out as her daughter’s first sleepover has turned into an abduction. Starring Denise Gough (“Andor”), Holliday Grainger  (“Strike”), and  Ambika Mod (“One Day”)

Andor: Season 2 – 23rd April

Diego Luna returns for the second chapter of this Star Wars prequel, which unfolds as the horizon of war draws near and Cassian becomes a key player in the Rebel Alliance. Everyone will be tested and, as the stakes rise, the betrayals, sacrifices and conflicting agendas will become profound. Episodes 1 to 3 arrive together, followed by episodes weekly.

A Complete Unknown – 30th April

Timothée Chalamet stars as a young, unknown Bob Dylan who catapults to fame in early 1960s New York.
