Ted Lasso, Ted Lasso and Ted Lasso. That’s all you need to know about August on Apple TV, as everyone’s favourite positive-thinking football coach returns to our screens for unnecessary but welcome fourth chapter. It’s joined by the return of Women in Blue and Dark Matter, but there’s no mistaking the star player of the month’s line-up – and we believe in believe.

Here’s what’s coming soon to Apple TV in August 2026:

Ted Lasso: Season 4 – 5th August

Ted returns to Richmond, taking on his biggest challenge yet: coaching a second division women’s football team. Throughout the course of the season, Ted and the team learn to leap before they look, taking chances they never thought they would. The 10 episodes arrive weekly, until the finale on 7th October.

Women in Blue: Season 2 – 12th August

María (Mori), now promoted to lieutenant, finds herself torn between the rules she’s sworn to uphold and a relentless pull toward the truth when the body of a student activist is discovered, and the Azules are pulled into an investigation that reaches back to the student massacre of 1968. Before they can make sense of what they’ve found, the body of a person connected to that brutal chapter of history is found, sending shock waves through the department. Someone is delivering justice straight to the police’s door, and the Azules are the department’s last hope of stopping the killer. As María, Valentina (Natalia Téllez), Gabina (Amorita Rasgado) and Ángeles (Ximena Sariñana) fight battles both inside and outside the precinct, buried truths rise to the surface and they’re forced to confront an uncomfortable question: in a system plagued with corruption, what is the cost of fighting for their ideals? Episodes arrive weekly until the finale on 30th September.

The Dynasty: UConn Huskies – 21st August

Go inside the most dominant program in college basketball history as Geno Auriemma pushes his players to the limit to win 12 titles. Rebecca Lobo, Diana Taurasi, Paige Bueckers, and more reveal what it takes to survive UConn and build a dynasty. All 3 episodes arrive at once.

Stillwater: Season 5 – 21st August

Siblings Karl, Addy and Michael have a very special next-door neighbor: a wise panda named Stillwater. His friendship and stories give them new perspectives on the world, themselves, and each other. All episodes arrive at once.

Dark Matter: Season 2 – 28th August

Dark Matter is a story about the road not taken. In Season 1, the series followed Jason Dessen (Joel Edgerton), a physicist, professor and family man who — one night while walking home on the streets of Chicago — is abducted into an alternate version of his life. Wonder quickly turns to nightmare when he tries to return to his reality amid the mind-bending landscape of lives he could have lived. Season 2 picks up with the Dessens as they settle into a quiet life in a world that finally seems safe until the unimaginable forces them to run once again. As Jason’s obsession with the Box deepens, Daniela’s (Jennifer Connelly) growing paranoia pushes her to the brink, threatening to tear their fragile stability apart. Elsewhere, Amanda (Alice Braga) and Ryan (Jimmi Simpson) join forces in a desperate attempt to find their way home. With Blair (Amanda Brugel) determined to stop him, Leighton (Dayo Okeniyi) relentlessly chases his grand vision of creating a perfect world. Episodes arrive weekly until the finale on 30th October.
