Trailer: Netflix promises Love, Guaranteed this September

Netflix continues its run on the rom-com genre this September with Love, Guaranteed.
To save her small law firm, earnest lawyer Susan (Rachael Leigh Cook) takes a high-paying case from Nick (Damon Wayans Jr), a charming new client who wants to sue a dating website that guarantees love. But as the case heats up, so do Susan and Nick’s feelings for each other. Love, Guaranteed also stars Heather Graham and is directed by Mark Steven Johnson.
The film premieres on 3rd September. Here’s the trailer:
Heather Graham joins Netflix’s Love, Guaranteed

Heather Graham has joined the cast of Netflix’s new rom-com, Love, Guaranteed.
Directed by Mark Steven Johnson, the film is based on source material by Cook, who is also producing, alongside Dan Spilo, Margret Huddleston and Stephanie Slack.
It follows Susan, an earnest lawyer who takes a high-paying case to save her firm: Nick, a charming new client, wants to sue a dating website that guarantees love. But Susan and Nick soon find themselves in the middle of a media storm, and as the case heats up, so do their feelings for each other — which could jeopardise everything.
The film is written by Elizabeth Hackett (Falling Inn Love) and Hilary Galanoy (Falling Inn Love), with Rachael Leigh Cook and Damon Wayans Jr. in the lead roles.
Graham will play Tamara Taylor, the CEO of the Love Guaranteed dating site. Tamara is a ruthless businesswoman who built a lifestyle brand from the ground up and will crush anyone or anything that gets in her way.
Filming on the movie is now underway in Vancouver.

Rachael Leigh Cook and Damon Wayans Jr. will star in Netflix’s Love, Guaranteed.
Directed by Mark Steven Johnson, the film is based on source material by Cook, who is also producing, alongside Dan Spilo, Margret Huddleston and Stephanie Slack.
Cook is best known for her roles in She’s All That alongside Freddie Prinze Jr. Sylvester Stallone’s Get Carter, Texas Rangers, and the lead in the live-action version of Josie and the Pussycats. Wayans Jr. is well known for his roles in Happy Endings, New Girl and Let’s Be Cops. He will next be seen in the Lionsgate feature Barb and Star Go To Vista Del Mar.
