Netflix is building its animated comedy line-up with a new secret agent series, and it’s teaming up with the creators of Brooklyn Nine-Nine to do it.
Q-Force is a new half-hour comedy that follows a handsome secret agent and his team of fellow LGBTQ superspies. Constantly underestimated by their colleagues, the members ofQ-Force have to prove themselves time and again as they embark on extraordinary professional (and personal) adventures.
The show is produced by Universal Television in association with Hazy Mills, Fremulon and 3 Arts Entertainment. It’s created by Mike Schur (The Office, The Good Place, Brooklyn Nine-Nine) and Gabe Liedman (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, PEN 15), with Liedman acting as showrunner and writer. Schur will be joined as EP by Sean Hayes, Todd Milliner and David Miner.
It joins a growing slate of Netflix adult animations, including F Is for Family, Big Mouth and Disenchantment.
