Pretty Little Liars Season 6 available on Netflix from 3rd June

Pretty Little Liars Season 6 premieres on Netflix UK this week.
The ABC Family drama was snapped up by the VOD service at the start of this year, after MTV dropped the show after the first two seasons, leaving the series without a UK broadcaster. After years of premiering straight to iTunes and other pay-per-view platforms, Netflix bought the exclusive rights to all of the existing seasons as well as new episodes in the future.
The agreement echoes the deal secured for Breaking Bad’s final season, which – much like the spin-off Better Call Saul – arrived the day after its initial premiere every week, and Once Upon a Time, which was similarly left without any UK distribution.
The sixth season of Pretty Little Liars premieres in the US on Tuesday 2nd June, with Episode 1 being available on Netflix UK within 24 hours of its broadcast. New instalments will then be added every Wednesday.
The summer season will span 10 episodes, with another 10 episodes to premiere at a later date, and is finally set to answer all those unanswered questions about the Rosewood High School girls and the mysterious “A”.
For those who haven’t seen Pretty Little Liars, all five previous seasons are already available to stream exclusively on Netflix UK. For those who want a refresh of what happened last run before the new season starts, we’ve included ABC’s recap below – but not before a sneak peek at what’s in store this week…
