Start the convection oven fans please! The Great British Bake Off is officially coming back to our screens once again this September – and it’s less than a fortnight away.

The show has well and truly settled into its home of Channel 4, after jumping from BBC One a few years ago. And, once again, judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood will be back in the tent to watch over 12 amateur bakers, each of them hoping to impress the pair with their cakes, pastries, biscuits and showstoppers. Presenters Matt Lucas and Noel Fielding will be joining them once more to provide comic relief and emotional support.

When exactly will this delectable Entertainment begin? Channel 4 has confirmed that the 13th edition of GBBO will kick off at 8pm on Tuesday 13th September. That means you can expect the series to follow it’s usually weekly format and wind things up with a finale around mid-November.
