New Better Call Saul trailer reunites Saul and Mike

A new Better Call Saul trailer premiered last night in the US during The Walking Dead’s mid-season finale – and it gives us our first glimpse of Mike.
The Breaking Bad spin-off is set before the events of Vince Gilligan’s series, back when Saul was called James McGill. The comedy-drama will see Bob Odekirk reprise his role as the sleazy lawyer and, as we already know, he will be joined by a familiar face: steel-nerved Mike Ehrmantraut.
The latest video gives us our first look at Jonathan Banks’ tough guy, who is working as a car park attendant. Needless to say, the two blokes don’t hit it off immediately.
The Better Call Saul air date has been confirmed as Sunday 8th February, when it will receive a two-night premiere, with the second episode debuting on Monday 9th February.
Netflix has previously announced that the UK air date will be “shortly after” its US broadcast. When the final season of Breaking Bad premiered in 2013, episodes were added to the UK streaming service within 24 hours of the American release, so it is highly likely that the same tactic will be adopted for each of the 10 episodes.
You can expect Better Call Saul to arrive on Netflix UK, then, on Monday 9th February.
Update: Netflix UK has now released its own version of the trailer below. It has also confirmed that Better Call Saul will arrive in the UK on Netflix in “February 2015”, so Monday 9th looks increasingly likely.
