RSC: All’s Well That Ends Well (Sky Arts, 8pm) – 3rd July
Blanche McIntyre’s 2022 production: “Love all. Trust a few. Do wrong to none”. Helena is convinced that she and wealthy Bertram are #CoupleGoals. He’s not so sure. After engineering their betrothal, Helena will go to any length to bring her idealised version of romance to life. But what happens when the reality of their relationship doesn’t match up to the fantasy? And do the ends always justify the means? Director Blanche McIntyre’s offbeat anti-romcom played in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre for summer 2022 and explored the modern resonance of All’s Well That Ends Well, Shakespeare’s enduring dark comedy.
Then You Run (Sky Max, 9pm) – 7th July
Adapted by Ben Chanan (Cyberbully, The Capture), Then You Run follows a close- knit group of rebellious London teenagers on a getaway in Rotterdam – but after the estranged father of Tara (Leah McNamara) is discovered dead, they find themselves on the run across Europe with three kilos of heroin and a host of deadly criminals snapping at their heels. All episodes arrive at once.
Williams & Mansell: Red 5 (Sky Documentaries, 8pm) – 8th July
In the early nineties, Britain saw one of its most successful drivers in Formula 1, but at a time when the sport was graced with an actual living legend in the form of Argentina’s Ayrton Senna. Under the Williams stable, Nigel Mansell would win 31 grands prix, and it would be in 1992 that Mansell would finally best his archrival Senna, using the legendary Williams-Renault FW14B – a car that would come to be known as “Red 5”. This is the story of how, Mansell, Williams and Red 5 would break Senna’s record of eight Grand Prix victories in a single season, thereby becoming the first driver in Formula 1 racing history to win nine World Championship-qualifying Grand Prix races within a single season.
Lionesses: A League of Their Own Special (Sky Max, 9pm) – 12th July
With the Women’s World Cup just around the corner, Jill Scott guides comedians Maisie Adam and Katherine Ryan through what it takes to be a world beating Lioness.
Bill Bailey’s Master Crafters: The Next Generation (Sky Arts, 8pm) – 13th July
Celebrating traditional crafts, Bill Bailey’s Master Crafters: The Next Generation, will spotlight the stellar work of expert crafts professionals across Britain and follow junior crafters as they refine their skills. Filmed across the UK, this series will explore three traditional heritage crafts in all their glory: wood carving, stained glass and silversmithing. The show will also highlight the work of The Prince’s Foundation in supporting new generations of crafters and keeping traditional building skills alive as a key part of our national and international heritage. Episodes arrive weekly.
Oppenheimer and the Atomic Bomb (Sky Documentaries, 8pm) – 15th July
As Christopher Nolan brings the story to cinemas, we take a look at the true story behind the man who became known as “the father of the atomic bomb.” Exploring how one man’s brilliance, hubris and relentless drive changed the nature of war forever… led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people and unleashed mass hysteria… and how, subsequently, the same man’s attempts to contain the fallout of his invention made him a pariah and led him down a path of deep despair.
Right to Fight (Sky Documentaries, 9pm) – 16th July
Directed by BAFTA award-winner Georgina Cammalleri and Exec-Produced by Tim Wardle (dir. Three Identical Strangers) comes Right to Fight, the untold story of the pioneers of women’s boxing, who defied sexism and racism for their place in the ring.
Tankee’s Super Luigi Galaxy (Sky Kids) – 17th July
Move over Mario, it’s Luigi Time! Gamer, Nintendo Ambassador, and family-friendly content creator AbdullahSmash presents this LetsPlay series of the iconic Super Mario Galaxy – but with a twist! By already beating the game with Mario and collecting all 120 stars, we can now experience the game one more time, but under the green hat of his older brother Luigi. With a much higher jump, but noticeably less grip, it’s a whole new experience for fans of the Mario games.
Rob and Rom Vs: Season 5 (Sky Max, 9pm) – 19th July
Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan are back and gearing themselves up to face four more hilarious challenges in their fifth series. We’ve seen them do drag, take to the West End stage, dance on ice, and even score freekicks with the England World Cup team. They’re not holding back with the challenges this year as Rob and Rom will be jetting off to Sin City, learning the tricks and trades from the legendary Penn & Teller for Rob & Romesh Vs Magic. They will also be pulling the strings as they join the London Philharmonic Orchestra at their Royal Festival Hall residency in Rob & Romesh Vs Classical Music. And finally, they may both be recent first-time dog owners, but will they be best in show in Rob & Romesh Vs Crufts? Episodes arrive weekly.
Super Powered: The Story of DC (Sky Documentaries) – 21st July (TBC)
This three-part documentary series takes an unprecedented look at the enduring and influential legacy of DC, allowing fans to rediscover the universe of characters, as well as the iconic comic book company’s origins, its evolution and its nearly nine-decade cultural impact across every artistic medium.

Created and executive produced by John Griffin (Crater) and executive produced by Jack Bender (Lost, Game of Thrones) and Jeff Pinkner (Lost, Alias, Fringe), FROM unravels the mystery of a nightmarish town that traps all those who enter. In season two, hidden truths about the nature and terrifying origins of the town begin to emerge, even as life for its residents is plunged into chaos by the arrival of mysterious newcomers.
Turner Decoded (Sky Arts) – Date TBC
A bold and somewhat controversial analysis of the life and works of JMW Turner, Britain’s greatest ever artist. JMW Turner’s paintings are world famous, but what if they’re not what they seem? This new one-off film will change the way we interpret some of Turner’s most familiar works as two plucky enthusiasts, joined by art historians and academics, reveal the startling hidden codes they believe are woven into his paintings.
Islands (Sky Nature) – Date TBC
Islands is a stunning new wildlife documentary series that takes viewers deep inside totally unique ecosystems; the wild, freewheeling laboratories of mother nature. Over six episodes, audiences will travel from Canada’s Arctic Baffin Island to Vancouver Island; the tropical paradises of Borneo, Sri Lanka, and Australian K’Gari, and the wild delta of Botswana’s Okavango Islands.

The Integrity of Joseph Chambers – 1st July
Insurance salesman and family man Joseph Chambers wants to acquire the skills to be able to take care of his family in case of an apocalypse. He decides to go deer hunting by himself for the first time ever, despite his wife’s objections. Setting out into the mountains with a borrowed rifle, Joe roams the woods aimlessly in his search for deer. His boredom is short-lived, however, when in the blink of an eye, Joe undergoes a traumatic experience. What starts as an experiment to prove himself as a capable father and husband turns into a nightmare as Joe finds himself faced with a terrible choice that he must make.

Hamish is a man gripped with drive for self-excellence. A futile battle against the suffocation caused by his oppressive successful father. Hamish arrives on the soil of his mother’s birth; she is felt instantly. A shocking car accident rips him apart, shattering his clenched control. A beast broken, he finds himself lost in the world of his long deceased mother. Young teen Evan, also involved in the accident befriends Hamish. The tremors of want and love beneath the stifling soil push to the surface, as he is led by the vitality of the unbridled boy Evan. He experiences the electric eroticism of living, and danger. His rage accelerates to violence, and ultimately his vibrant release.

Broker – 8th July
On a rainy night in Busan, So-young (Lee ‘IU’ Ji-eun) leaves her baby Woo-sung outside a ‘baby box’, a safe place set up in Korean churches for new mothers to leave unwanted infants. Instead, he’s picked up by Sang-hyun (Parasite’s Song Kang-ho) who runs an unofficial adoption brokerage and plans to find him a new home.
Seriously Red – 9th July
Red (Krew Boylan) lost her job as a real estate agent, but there’s something no one can take away from her: her dream of becoming the world’s greatest Dolly Parton impersonator! After her act attracts the attentions of an amorous Elvis impersonator (Rose Byrne) and a powerful booking agent (Bobby Cannavale), Red is catapulted into the top tier of copycat acts, becoming the onstage and romantic partner of the top Kenny Rogers impersonator. But when Red’s life as an imitator starts to feel false, she discovers true happiness comes when you’re being the best version of yourself.
Breaking Point – 14th July
Two teenage brothers with an exceptional gift for breakdancing, but at enmity towards one another since the accidental death of their mother, try-out together for the British breakdancing team set to compete in the World Championships.
Armageddon Time – 15th July
From acclaimed filmmaker James Gray, this deeply personal story charts the strength of family, the complexity of friendship and the generational pursuit of the American Dream. The film features an all-star cast including Anthony Hopkins, Anne Hathaway and Jeremy Strong.
The Locksmith – 16th July
An expert locksmith (Ryan Phillippe) is released from prison and pulled back into a world of crooked cops and small-town gangsters, despite the future he hoped to build with his ex-fiancé (Kate Bosworth), a detective, and their daughter.
Babylon – 21st July
From Damien Chazelle, this original epic set in 1920s Los Angeles is led by Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie and Diego Calva, with an ensemble cast including Jovan Adepo, Li Jun Li and Jean Smart. A tale of outsized ambition and outrageous excess, it traces the rise and fall of multiple characters during an era of unbridled decadence and depravity in early Hollywood.
High Heat – 22nd July
Targeted by local mafia, ex-KGB operative turned chef must rely upon her lethal skills to save her restaurant and survive the night. Action comedy starring Olga Kurylenko.
Sharp Stick – 23rd July
A naive 26-year-old in Hollywood begins an affair with her older employer. Comedy from Lena Dunham, starring Kristine Froseth and Jon Bernthal.
I Wanna Dance with Somebody – 28th July
Biopic telling the incredible unknown story of one of pop music’s greatest icons – Whitney Houston. Naomi Ackie and Stanley Tucci star.
The Silent Twins – 29th July
June and Jennifer Gibbons are twins from the only Black family in a small town in Wales in the 1970s and ‘80s. Feeling isolated from the community, the pair turn inward and reject communication with everyone but each other, retreating into their own fantasy world of inspiration and adolescent desires. After a spree of vandalism, the girls are sentenced to Broadmoor, an infamous psychiatric hospital, where they face the choice to separate and survive or die together.
The Best Man – 30th July
When mercenaries seize control of their wedding resort, it’s up to the best man, the groom and their drunken friend to save the day. Thriller.
