What’s coming soon to Netflix UK in March 2018?
David Farnor | On 21, Feb 2018
Jessica Jones Season 2. That, in itself, would be good enough for any streaming service’s March schedule, but Netflix UK? It’s super-loading the month with a whole heap of new releases, covering everything from A Silent Voice and Carrie to the Three Amigos and The Expendables. And that’s just the first day.
The rest of March includes returning series Designated Survivor, iZombie, Jane the Virgin, Black Lightning, Riverdale, Voltron: Legendary Defender, Suits, Love, Santa Clarita Diet and A Series of Unfortunate Events. In a month that features the Oscars, Netflix is also bringing back a load of old favourites, including Whiplash and Downfall, refreshing its line-up of Marvel movies with Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Civil War and Guardians of the Galaxy, and even giving a welcome platform to British awards contender God’s Own Country.
Hot on the heels of The Cloverfield Paradox, meanwhile, comes Netflix’s new high-profile acquisition, Alex Garland’s Annihilation, starring Natalie Portman. Indeed, from David Letterman’s talk show with guest Malala Yousafzai to Whitney Houston doc Whitney, Can I Be Me?, inspiring archery documentary Ladies First and a triple-bill of South American comedians – Natalia Valdebenito, Malena Pichot, Sofía Niño de Rivera – Netflix UK is primed for International Womens Day in March. So it’s only fitting that Jessica Jones should punch her way back onto our screens on 8th March. The rest of the month? That’s just the icing on the cake. But what icing it is.
Here’s what’s coming soon to Netflix UK in March 2018:

Across 90 slow yet beautiful, minutes, The Witch slips under your skin and leaves you squirming in discomfort. A genuinely creepy horror.
