Netflix is getting in the romantic mood this February with the debut of a new series based on One Day, the premiere of rom-com Players – plus the threat of heartbreak in a third season of Sunderland ‘Til I Die, the potential to reimagine a much-loved classic in Avatar The Last Airbender, and the return of Love Is Blind. But the most heartwarming of all sights on the horizon is the arrival of the masterful Oscar nominee Past Lives.

Orion and the Dark – 2nd February

A boy with an active imagination faces his fears on an unforgettable journey through the night with his new friend: a giant, smiling creature named Dark.

King Richard – 6th February

Will Smith delivers a career-best performance in this inspiring tale of determination that puts a new spin on sports biopics.

Deadwater Fell: Season 1 – 7th February

One Day: Season 1 – 8th February

After spending graduation night together, Emma and Dexter go their separate ways — but their lives remain intertwined. Based on David Nicholls’ novel.

Sunderland ‘Til I Die: Season 3 – 13th February

With Sunderland desperate for some stability, a new manager is brought in to haul the club out of League One and into the coveted Championship.

Players – 14th February

A New York sports writer with a playbook of clever hookup schemes unexpectedly falls for a fling. Can she go from playing the field to playing for keeps? Gina Rodriguez, Damon Wayans Jr and Tom Ellis (Lucifer) star in this cheeky, fast-paced rom-com.

Love Is Blind: Season 6 – 14th February

Singles who want to be loved for who they are have signed up for a less conventional approach to modern dating, and will choose someone to marry without ever meeting them. Over several weeks, the newly engaged couples will move in together, plan their wedding, and find out if their physical connection matches their strong emotional bond developed in the pods.

Past Lives – 15th February

Celine Song’s heartachingly delicate meditation on love, life and identity is a profound masterpiece.

Lady Macbeth – 15th February

This suffocatingly intense period drama is one of the best films of 2017, with a jaw-dropping performance by Florence Pugh.

Avatar The Last Airbender: Season 1 – 22nd February

Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony — then everything changed. A live-action reimagining of the popular animated series.

Mea Culpa – 23rd February

A criminal defense attorney must choose between family, duty, and her own dangerous desires when she takes on the case of an artist accused of murder. Tyler Perry wrote, directed, and produced this romantic thriller starring Kelly Rowland and Trevante Rhodes.

Screen Actors Guild Awards 2024 – 25th February

One of awards season’s premier events, the SAG Awards annually celebrates the outstanding motion picture and television performances of the year. Voted on by SAG-AFTRA’s robust and diverse membership of 122,000+ performers, the SAG Awards has the largest voting body on the awards circuit. The ceremony streams live at midnight from the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall.
