What’s coming soon to Disney+ UK in February 2022?

Disney’s Netflix rival is here, serving up Marvel, Star Wars and Pixar originals, along with a post-modern revamp of High School Musical and every episode of The Simpsons.
Disney+ gets its star power from, well, Star this month, with the adult-friendly section coming up trumps with the debut of Hulu’s Pam & Tommy, Wes Anderson’s The French Dispatch, The Walking Dead, The King’s Man and even a chance to catch up with One Mississippi.
Here’s what’s coming soon to Disney+ UK in February 2022:
Pam & Tommy – 2nd February
Set in the Wild West early days of the Internet, Pam & Tommy is based on the incredible true story of the Pamela Anderson (Lily James) and Tommy Lee (Sebastian Stan) sex tape. Stolen from the couple’s home by a disgruntled contractor (Seth Rogen), the video went from underground bootleg-VHS curiosity to full-blown cultural obsession when it hit the Web in 1997. A love story, crime caper and cautionary tale rolled into one, the eight-part original limited series explores the intersection of privacy, technology and celebrity, tracing the origins of our current Reality TV Era to a stolen tape seen by millions but meant to have an audience of just two. Episodes arrive weekly, with the first three landing together.
Torn – 4th February
In 1999, climber Alex Lowe was lost in a deadly avalanche on Mount Shishapangma. Surviving
the avalanche was Alex’s best friend and climbing partner, Conrad Anker, who went on to marry Alex’s widow and help raise his sons. From filmmaker, photographer and National Geographic Explorer Max Lowe, Torn turns the lens on his own family, as the body of his father is uncovered seventeen years after his death.
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missour – 4th February
Frances McDormand is on blistering form in Martin McDonagh’s darkly funny and moving study of hatred and grief.
The French Dispatch – 16th February
Wes Anderson’s eccentric anthology brings to life a collection of stories from the final issue of an American magazine published in a fictional 20th century French city. With an all-star cast including Benicio Del Toro, Adrien Brody, Tilda Swinton, Léa Seydoux, Frances McDormand, Timothée Chalamet, Lyna Khoudri, Jeffrey Wright, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Christoph Waltz, Edward Norton, Jason Schwartzman and Anjelica Huston.
One Mississippi S1-2 – 16th February
Directed by Nicole Holofcener, Tig Notaro’s semi-autobiographical series will have you laughing one minute and crying the next.
Predator – 18th February
“Get to the choppa!”
The Walking Dead: Season 11, Part 2 – 21st February
The Walking Dead returns with our heroes fighting imminent hellfire under Reaper attack, or battling Mother Nature’s torrential wrath. Episodes arrive weekly.
The King’s Man – 23rd February
As a collection of history’s worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gather to plot a war to wipe out millions, one man must race against time to stop them. Discover the origins of the very first independent intelligence agency in Matthew Vaughn’s prequel.
The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder – 23rd February
A continuation of the popular series, The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder follows the adventures and misadventures of newly 14-year-old Penny Proud and her family as they navigate modern life with hilarity and heart. Episodes arrive weekly.
