Netflix cancels Cooking with Paris

Netflix has cancelled Cooking with Paris after one season.
The series sseesaw Hilton navigate new ingredients, recipes and kitchen appliances with celebrity friends, going from the grocery store to the finished table spread. Can Paris actually cook? In the words of the series’ synopsis, “she’s not a trained chef and she’s not trying to be”.
What she does have, though, is a line-up of sous-chefs that includes Kim Kardashian West, Nikki Glaser, Demi Lovato, Saweetie, Lele Pons, Kathy Hilton and Nicky Hilton.
The series premiered in August last year, with Hilton exec-producing. Now, though, future episodes will not be on the menu, with Deadline reporting that Netflix has decided not to renew the how for a second course.

Netflix is teaming up with Paris Hilton for a new cooking series – and the trailer promises a show that’s aware of the sheer implausibility of that sentence.
