Little Evil: Netflix unleashes trailer for horror comedy

The director of Tucker and Dale vs. Evil is teaming up with Netflix to make a new horror comedy.
Called Little Evil, the film is written and directed by Eli Craig, the man behind the 2010 cult hit, which combined hillbillies and murderers with Firefly’s Alan Tudyk. It stars Adam Scott and Evangeline Lilly, along with Tyler Labine, reuniting with Craig from Tucker and Dale.
The project, which first began at Universal Pictures several years ago, has been snapped up by the streaming giant, with former Universal chief Scott Stuber – now head of Netflix’s feature film division – producing, alongside Bluegrass Film’s Nicholas Nesbitt.
The film follows Gary, who has just married Samantha, the woman of his dreams. There’s one problem: his stepson is the antichrist.
The comedy premieres on Netflix on 1st September. Here’s a trailer:
