Colleen Wing kicks butt in new Iron Fist clip

With Iron Fist just over a month away, we’ve seen lots of photos of the cast and got our fair share of leading man Danny Rand (Finn Jones) in trailers, but what of Colleen Wing?
Henwick, last seen on the small screen as Nymeria Sand in HBO’s fantasy epic, will reunite with her Thrones co-star to play the martial arts expert, who runs her own dojo. We knoow that she will serve as an invaluable ally to Danny, as he returns to his life in New York after being missing for years – and begins to fight the criminal element corrupting the city with his kung-fu mastery.
Now, we get out first proper chance to see her in bone-crunching in this new clip from Marvel’s series, which premieres on Friday 17th March. Watch it here, or read on below for the full trailer for the show:

It’s been a long road to get back home for Danny Rand, aka. Iron Fist – and now, we have our first official trailer for Marvel’s new Netflix series to show exactly what that road will look like.
Rand, played by Finn Jones, is a billion who returns to New York City after being missing for years, trying to reconnect with his past and his family legacy. In time, though, he learns to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist and fights against the criminal element corrupting his home with his kung-fu mastery.
The fourth superhero series in Netflix’s Hell’s Kitchen quartet, Iron Fist introduces us to the final member of The Defenders, with Rand joining Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Daredevil for a crossover event series.

Iron Fist trailer arrives at New York Comic Con

The first trailer for Iron Fist arrived this weekend at New York Comic Con.
The series stars Finn Jones as billionaire Danny Rand, who returns to New York City after being missing for years. He fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.
Or, to put it in other words, he’s really good at punching people. And, sure enough, this first proper look at him in action is full of some really good punching.
The video, which Netflix and Marvel unveiled at New York Comic Con this weekend, arrives as Marvel’s Head of TV also confirmed that Sigourney Weaver will play the villain in The Defenders, a crossover event series that will see our hero who’s really good at punching people team up with four other superheroes who are really good at punching people. Netflix and Marvel also confirmed that Rosario Dawson will appear in Iron Fist, reprising her role of Claire “Night Nurse” Temple.
She joins a cast that includes Jessica Henwick (Colleen Wing), Jessica Stroup (Joy Meachum), Tom Pelphrey (Ward Meachum) and David Wenham (Harold Meachum).

Marvel’s Iron Fist will march on Netflix in 2017. Get it? March? Because that’s when it’s being released?
We’ll start again. Iron Fist has a premiere date of Friday 17th March 2017 – and, even more excitingly than that, we’ve now got our first look at Netflix’s new superhero.
The show is the fourth of the Netflix’s epic live-action adventure series, joining Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage as the build up to the crossover event series The Defenders. The drama will consist of 13 episodes, as is tradition with Netflix’s standalone superhero outings, with Finn Jones starring as billionaire Danny Rand, who returns to New York City after being missing for years, trying to reconnect with his past and his family legacy. He fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.
