Teaser: Kate arrives on Netflix this September

Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Woody Harrelson star in Kate, arriving on Netflix this September – and a new teaser gives us a first taste of the film, as well as confirming its release date.
Written by Umair Aleem, the film follows the eponymous hitwoman (Winstead). After she’s irreversibly poisoned, the ruthless criminal operative has less than 24 hours to exact revenge on her enemies and in the process forms an unexpected bond with the daughter of one of her past victims.
Winstead and Harrelson are joined by Michiel Huisman (The Haunting of Hill House), Tadanobu Asano (Thor: Ragnarok, Mortal Kombat,upcoming Midway) , Jun Kunimura (Rain), Miyavi Lee Ishihara (Unbroken, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil) and newcomer Miku Martineau, with Cedric Nicolas-Troyan (The Huntsman: Winter’s War) at the helm.
The film will premiere on 10th September. Here’s the video:

Michiel Huisman is leading a wave of new additions to Netflix’s thriller Kate.
Written by Umair Aleem, the film stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Woody Harrelson and follows the eponymous hitwoman. After she’s irreversibly poisoned, a ruthless criminal operative has less than 24 hours to exact revenge on her enemies and in the process forms an unexpected bond with the daughter of one of her past victims.
Winstead (Fargo, Birds of Prey) plays the lead role, with Harrelson (Three Billboars Outside Ebbing Missouri) co-starring opposite her.

Woody Harrelson and Mary Elizabeth Winstead will star in Netflix’s new killer thriller Kate.

Winstead (Fargo, Birds of Prey) plays the lead role, with Harrelson (Three Billboars Outside Ebbing Missouri) co-starring opposite her. Harrelson is no stranger to Netflix, having starred in its original film The Highwaymen opposite Kevin Costner earlier this year.
