The trailer has just been released for Dark Places.

The thriller, based on the best-selling novel by Gillian Flynn – the author of Gone Girl – stars Charlize Theron as Libby Day, who was only eight years old when her family were murdered in their rural Kansas farmhouse. 30 years later, she agrees to revisit the crime and uncovers the heart-wrenching truths that led up to that tragic night.

Theron leads a star-studded cast that includes Nicholas Hoult, Christina Hendricks and Chloë Grace Moretz, as well as Mud’s Tye Sheridan and House of Cards’ Corey Stoll.

The movie will be released in UK cinemas in February 2016, when it will also be released on VOD and, during the same month, on Blu-ray and DVD.
