The con is on this May as Netflix heads to India for its latest original film, Chopsticks.

A sweet and innocent girl, Nirma and her seasoned accomplice are all set to trick and persuade you into dropping all your plans and sitting back on your couch to watch the quirky thriller. It follows a gangster in love with his fighter goat, the fighter goat falling in love with Nirma’s new found love – her red car – and a seasoned con-man who embarks on his journey towards helping the sweet Nirma to recover her beloved stolen vehicle.

The film stars Mithila Palkar, Abhay Deol, Vijay Raaz and, yes, a goat.

Chopsticks is produced by Ashvini Yardi of Viniyard Productions and written and directed by Sachin Yardi. It premieres on Netflix on Friday 31st May. Here’s the trailer:
