Unbreakable Kimmy Scmidt is back and strutting its stuff in a new teaser for the show’s second season.

The Spring 2016 season preview shows off the series’ style with the kind of irrepressible enthusiasm that defines its protagonist – not to mention everyone’s favourite Peeno Noir chic. But the emphasis is firmly on the word “teaser”: there are no plot details to be found here, just a reminder that you really want a pair of Kimmy’s shoes for yourself.

For the unitiated, Ellie Kemper stars in Netflix’s original comedy as Kimmy Schmidt, a woman who escapes from a doomsday cult and starts life over in New York. After living in a bunker underground for 15 years, Kimmy is armed with just a backpack, some overdue library books and those light-up sneakers we so badly crave.

The series is created by Tina Fey (30 Rock) and Robert Carlock (30 Rock), who serve as executive producers with Jeff Richmond (30 Rock), Jack Burditt (30 Rock, The Mindy Project) and David Miner (30 Rock, Brooklyn Nine-Nine).
