Time Out of Mind will be available to watch online with digital extras from Monday 14th March.
The film stars Richard Gere as George, a squatter who finds himself homeless. Seeking refuge at New York’s Bellevue Hospital, he forms a relationship with a fellow homeless man, Dixon (Ben Vereen), while also trying to repair his bond with estranged daughter Maggie (Jena Malone).
Oren Moverman’s drama, which he co-wrote as well as directed, earned an International Critics’ Award at Toronto International Film Festival for its sensitive and human depiction of homelessness, and Richard Gere’s remarkable performance.
The film will be released on digital platforms on Monday 14th March, with a bundle of behind-the-scenes special features available exclusively on We Are Colony, including documentaries, stills and interviews.
Here’s an unseen clip from that bundle: an interview with Richard Gere talking about his connection to homeless charities and passion for the project.
