Out of Her Mind: Juliet Stevenson, Jack Gleeson join Sara Pascoe comedy

Sara Pascoe is heading to BBC Two with her own series, and she’s assembled an impressive cast to join her.
Written by and starring the award-winning comedian, Out Of Her Mind is explores heartbreak, family and how to survive them. The series subverts the traditional sitcom format by combining eccentric characters, animation, and scientific explanation.
Alongside Pascoe, the six-part series will include Juliet Stevenson (Riviera, One of Us, Truly Madly Deeply), Fiona Button (The Split), Cariad Lloyd (Crims, Peep Show), Adrian Edmondson (Summer Of Rockets, The Young Ones), Navin Chowdhry (Doctor Foster), Sean Gilder (Poldark, The Last Kingdom), Tom Stuart (Psychobitches), Scroobius Pip (Taboo), Jumayn Hunter (Attack The Block), Sheila Reid (Benidorm), Jack Gleeson (Game of Thrones), Cash Holland, Lorraine Ashbourne (The Crown, Cheat) and Cian Barry (Nina Forever, Doctor Foster).
Pascoe says: “Out Of Her Mind is a direct expression of my mind. We’ve turned my brain into a theme-park, and everyone’s invited! The cast are incredible and I can’t wait for people to see what we’ve made.”
The comedy is a Stolen Picture and Mouse The Dog co-production for BBC Two. It has been commissioned by Patrick Holland, Controller of BBC Two, and Shane Allen, Controller Comedy Commissioning for the BBC and will be Executive Produced by Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Miles Ketley for Stolen Picture and Sara Pascoe.
Catherine Gosling Fuller will produce, the Blaine Brothers are directing and the BBC Commissioning Editor is Kate Daughton.
