This year, 12th March will be known as Yes Day, a 24-hour period when kids make the rules.
That’s the starting point for the family film, directed by Miguel Arteta (The Good Girl, Cedar Rapids), which follows a couple who can’t say no for 24 hours. Always feeling like they have to say no to their kids and co-workers, Allison and Carlos (Jennifer Garner and Edgar Ramirez) decide to give their three kids a “Yes Day”, where the children make the rules and they have no option but to go with the adventurous flow.
Written by Justin Malen, the film is based on the book by Amy Krouse Rosenthal and co-stars Jenna Ortega, Julian Lerner, Everly Carganilla, Nat Faxon, Molly Sims, Fortune Feimster and Arturo Castro.
