Jack Whitehall records Netflix comedy special
3rd October 2017
Jack Whitehall has recorded a new stand-up comedy special for Netflix.
The British comedian, writer and actor returned to the stage this year for his biggest-ever UK arena tour, Jack Whitehall: At Large. Whitehall is no stranger to the streaming service, recently releasing a Netflix original show, Jack Whitehall: Travels with My Father, which follows the 28-year-old comedian on the trip of a lifetime with his father, Michael. The two set off on a journey across South East Asia to partake in a series of adventures, mishaps and escapades with two very different perspectives.
Netflix, meanwhile, is increasingly snapping up British comedians to join its expansive line-up of stand-up talent: recent UK funny people to have stepped in front of the streaming mic include Katherine Ryan and Jimmy Carr.
Filmed at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, Jack Whitehall: At Large will debut on Netflix worldwide on 24th October 2017.
