Swung – a frank and revealing exploration of the underside of a modern relationship – is out today in cinemas and on VOD. To give you a taste of what it’s like, we’ve got an exclusive clip for you.
Based Ewan Morrison’s best-selling novel, the film follows David (Owen McDonnell), as he struggles to put his life together after his business went bust and his marriage ended in divorce. His girlfriend, Alice (Elena Anaya), is a journalist under pressure to find a story for the magazine she writes for. When she discovers that David has signed up to a swinging website, her editor urges her to pursue it.
The film, directed by first-timer Colin Kennedy, has won Best Actress nominations from BAFTA Scotland for its actresses Elizabeth McGovern (Downton Abbey) and Elena Anaya (The Skin I Live In).
