Clarkson’s Farm renewed for Season 3

Amazon will once again be taking us down to Clarkson’s Farm for a third season.
The series sees the former Top Gear presenter become Britain’s most unlikely farmer, as he contends with the worst farming weather in decades, misbehaving animals, unresponsive crops, and an unexpected pandemic.
The result was a surprising hit, prompting Amazon to rapidly order a second season.
“Underneath it all is the surprising warmth and sincerity that exudes from this older, quieter Clarkson, who is prepared to learn from others and willing to acknowledge the very serious concerns facing the agricultural industry,” we wrote in our positive review.
Season 2 will arrive on our screens in 2023 and will see the introduction of new animals and crops to the farm, while Jeremy’s attempts to diversify his operation with a restaurant and actual farmer Kaleb Cooper yet again saves the day on numerous occasions.
Before that even trundles on to our screens, though, Amazon has confirmed that a third season is on the way. With filming taking place over the course of an entire farming year, viewers will be able to look forward to more in-depth, authentic, and unexpected trials and tribulations as Jeremy, Lisa, Kaleb, Gerald, and Charlie tackle the ever-unpredictable world of British farming.
With the unfarmed 513 acres of Diddly Squat’s 1,000 acres providing untapped opportunities to try and turn a profit, viewers can expect more agricultural antics and Clarkson-crafted schemes, with a few new characters also welcomed to Diddly Squat.
“I’m genuinely thrilled that we are doing a third season of Clarkson’s Farm. I’ve had some great new ideas, all of which have made Charlie, Lisa and Kaleb deeply unhappy,” said Jeremy Clarkson.
“Thank you Kaleb, Lisa, Gerald, and Charlie for making sure Jeremy doesn’t completely muck it up,” said Dan Grabiner, head of UK Originals, Amazon Studios. “Watching Clarkson’s Farm grow from an intimate glimpse into British farming to a global sensation has been a delight. We’re thrilled to be continuing the story year after year as the plot thickens for our favourite farmers.”
Production is now underway on Season 3.
