James Bond collection to stream with Amazon Prime

Update: The James Bond films will be removed from Amazon Prime on 14th June – except for No Time to Die.
James Bond is officially heading to Amazon Prime Video – and much sooner than you might have be expecting him.
007 has been one of the icons of British cinema for 60 years, as of 2022, and for years now there has been much competition to secure the streaming rights for James Bond’s back catalogue. Last year, that race was won by Amazon, which has just completed a £8.5 billion acquisition of MGM, the studio that owns 007. That agreement has given the online giant the rights to MGM’s impressive and extensive back catalogue of films and TV series, but the big question ever since the deal was inked was when Bond would be available for binge-watching alongside Amazon Prime’s free next day delivery.
Now, we have the answer: the entire James Bond back catalogue will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 15th April. All 25 official Bond outings will be included with an Amazon Prime subscription, marking the first time ever that Ian Fleming’s spy has had a subscription VOD home.
The catch? The films will only be available “for a limited time”, although Amazon has not yet confirmed how long that will be – you can keep track of what’s leaving Amazon Prime through our regular #lastchancetostream updates.
The news comes just in time for Bond’s 60th anniversary and arrives hot on the heels of Amazon greenlighting its first 007-branded original series: a competition race-around-the-world programme titled 007’s Road to a Million. You can read more about that here.
In the meantime, here’s the full list of James Bond films soon to be streaming on Amazon Prime Video, with our in-depth review of each one available in our 007 streaming guide.
