What would you like for Christmas? Allow us to guess: Bill Murray, right?

Anyone in their right mind would dream of spending the festive season with the SNL legend who starred in Groundhog Day, Ghostbusters, Scrooged, Lost in Translation, Rushmore and – of course – gave us the definitive love theme for the movie Jaws.

So it’s a good thing Netflix penned a letter to Santa asking for Mr. Murray to host a Christmas special for the streaming service.

A Very Murray Christmas, which is written by Sofia Coppola, Bill Murray and Mitch Glazer, will be an homage to the classic festive variety show. It will feature Bill Murray as himself, worrying no one will show up to his TV show due to a terrible snow storm in New York City. Through luck and perseverance, guests arrive at the Carlyle hotel to help him, dancing and singing in holiday spirit.

The show, which will be available in all Netflix territories worldwide, will be directed by Coppola, with a star-studded ensemble including George Clooney, Paul Shaffer, Amy Poehler, Julie White, Dimitri Dimitrov, Michael Cera, Chris Rock, David Johansen, Maya Rudolph, Jason Schwartzman, Jenny Lewis, Phoenix’s Thomas Croquet, Christian Mazzalai and Laurent Mazzalai, Frederic Moulin, Rashida Jones and Miley Cyrus, with more guests to be confirmed.

And did we mention Bill Murray’s in it?
