Better Call Saul Season 4 gets August release date

Better Call Saul will return this August for Season 4, AMC has announced.
The spin-off series from Breaking Bad usually premieres in the spring each year, but after no word from the show in recent months, AMC has now confirmed that Season 4’s release date is not so far off.
The series stars Bob Odenkirk as Jimmy McGill, who is following a slow and winding path towards to the legal shark we know as Saul Goodman. He’s joined by a stellar supporting cast that includes Jonathan Banks, Rhea Seehorn, Patrick Fabian, Michael Mando and Giancarlo Esposito.
Season 4 picks up after the events of Season 3, which catalyse Jimmy McGill’s transformation into Saul Goodman. In the wake of the Season 3 finale, Jimmy takes steps into the criminal world that will put his future as a lawyer — and his relationship with Kim — in jeopardy. Howard and Kim also find themselves increasingly on opposite sides of a battle sparked by the Brothers McGill.
Meanwhile, Mike Ehrmantraut takes a more active role as Madrigal Electromotive’s newest (and most thorough) security consultant. It’s a volatile time to be in Gus Fring’s employ, as Hector sends shock waves throughout the Albuquerque underworld and throws the cartel into chaos — tearing apart both Gus and Nacho’s well-laid plans. While Gus changes course, Nacho finds himself in the crosshairs of deadly forces.
The show premieres on Netflix in the UK, with episodes usually arriving weekly within 24 hours of their US debut. With AMC confirming that Season 4 will begin on Monday 6th August, that means you can expect new episodes of Better Call Saul from Tuesday 7th August – watch this space for official confirmation from Netflix.
In the meantime, we’ve got our first look at Season 4 with two new images released. You can see one of those above and one below.
