Netflix is teaming up with a star-studded team of narrators for new nature docuseries Animal, and a new trailer gives us a first look at the series.
With the latest filming technology, Animal aims to get up close to eight charismatic families. Through stunning visuals, immersive soundscapes and the latest scientific revelations we enter their worlds to discover what sets them apart. Following the story of a central character in each episode – including a mother lioness, a wild dog family, a kangaroo joey and a young giant pacific octopus – and meeting a range of other charismatic species, we enjoy an emotional, immersive and revelatory ride into some of the greatest wildernesses on Earth.
Exec-produced by Martha Holmes and Tom Hugh-Jones and produced by Plimsoll’s Anuschka Schofield, Adrian Seymour, Alex Minton and Rob Morgan, the series is narrated by Bryan Cranston, Rashida Jones, Rebel Wilson and Pedro Pascal. It premieres on 10th November.
