What’s coming soon to Shudder UK in March 2017?

In celebration of International Women’s Day this March, horror subscription site Shudder is flying the flag with its latest exclusive acquisition: Sun Choke. Featuring two spell-binding female performances from Barbara Crampton and Sarah Hagan (Freaks & Geeks), the film will be accompanied by a hand-picked selection of Shudder titles curated by Barbara.
One of the most beloved actresses working in the horror genre today, she’s been in everything from Re-Animator to You’re Next and We Are Still Here. Currently working as both an actress and producer, she has rededicated herself to the genre in recent years.

Sun Choke – 9th March

A group of elite, highly-trained exorcists live in a constant state of debauchery, ready to go to Hell at any moment. When an infernal demon escapes into New York City intent on cracking open the gates of Hell, these “Hellbenders” must use every ounce of their immorality to battle the demon and save the planet from eternal damnation.
