David Farnor | On 01, Nov 2022
The diversity of Netflix’s line-up is on full show this November, with everything from a Swedish teen drama and comedy about Blockbuster video rentals to a Cartoon Saloon outing, a resurrected sci-fi thriller, the return of its flagship royal drama and Warrior Nun, plus a reboot of Teletubbies, the final part of Dead to Me, the debut of mystery series 1899, a Tim Burton Addams Family series and did we mention a Christmas rom-com starring Lindsay Lohan?
Here’s what’s coming soon to Netflix UK in November 2022:
Young Royals: Season 2 – 1st November
In Season 2 of the Swedish teen drama, winter break is over, which means another term at elite boarding school Hillerska is back in session.
Blockbuster: Season 1 – 3rd November
This 10-episode comedy stars Randall Park as Timmy Yoon, an analog dreamer living in a 5G world. While everyone else is streaming entertainment, he’s operating the very last Blockbuster and fighting to stay relevant. With the help of his long-time crush, Eliza (Melissa Fumero), the team are hoping they can offer the community something that big corporations can’t: human connection.
The Dragon Prince: Season 4 – 3rd November
Season 4 kicks off the next phase of The Dragon Prince saga, called “Mystery of Aaravos.” This new multi-season arc will see the enigmatic Startouch elf, Aaravos, take center stage—staking his claim to the magical world of Xadia after centuries of careful planning.
Manifest: Season 4, Part 1 – 4th November
Manifest follows the crew and passengers of Montego Air Flight 828, which lands safely in New York after a turbulent but routine flight from Jamaica. They soon find out that in the few hours they were in the air the world has aged five-and-a-half years and that their friends, families, and colleagues have mourned them and moved on. Now faced with the impossible, they have all been given a second chance. But as their new realities become clear, a deeper mystery unfolds and some of the passengers soon realize they may be meant for something greater than they ever thought possible.
Enola Holmes 2 – 4th November
Based on Nancy Springer’s six-book series, Netflix’s fledgling film franchise tells the story of Sherlock Holmes’ rebellious teen sister Enola, a gifted super-sleuth in her own right who often outsmarts her famous siblings. Enola Holmes 2 finds her a detective-for-hire, with a penniless matchstick girl offering Enola her first official job: to find her missing sister. But as she is thrown into a dangerous conspiracy — from London’s sinister factories and colourful music halls, to the highest echelons of society and 221B Baker Street itself – she must call upon friends and family to crack the case.
FIFA Uncovered – 9th November
From power struggles to global politics, an exploration of FIFA reveals the organization’s checkered history — and what it takes to host a World Cup.
The Crown: Season 5 – 9th November
With the new decade in its stride, Season 5 of the royal drama sees the Royal family presented with possibly their biggest challenge to date, as the public openly question their role in 90s Britain.
Warrior Nun: Season 2 – 10th November
After waking up in a morgue, an orphaned teen discovers she now possesses superpowers as the chosen Halo-Bearer for a secret sect of demon-hunting nuns.
Falling for Christmas – 10th November

From Cartoon Saloon (The Secret of Kells, Song of the Sea, Wolfwalkers) and Academy Award®-nominated director Nora Twomey (The Breadwinner), comes an exquisite film inspired by the Newbery-honored children’s book from author Ruth Stiles Gannett. Struggling to cope after a move to the city with his mother, Elmer runs away in search of Wild Island and a young dragon who waits to be rescued. Elmer’s adventures introduce him to ferocious beasts, a mysterious island and the friendship of a lifetime.
