What’s coming soon to Netflix UK in January 2022?
David Farnor | On 31, Dec 2021
Netflix promises a surprising and moving start to the new year, with After Life and Cheer both returning to our screens, along with the first part of Ozark’s final chapter. There’s also action on offer from new film Munich: The Edge of War and a third season of TNT’s Snowpiercer, drama from the fourth season of The Sinner – and, in a sly slice of self-awareness, the debut of satirial thriller series The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window.
Here’s what’s coming soon to Netflix UK in January 2022:

Ozark: Season 4, Part 1 – 21st January
This crime drama, directed and produced by Jason Bateman, revolves around financial planner Marty (Jason Bateman) and Wendy Byrde (Laura Linney) and their family’s sudden relocation from the suburbs of Chicago to a summer resort community in the Missouri Ozarks. Rather than the familiar skyscrapers and trading floors, Netflix’s drama explores capitalism, family dynamics, and survival, through the eyes of (anything but) ordinary Americans. Season 4 is its final chapter and promises to be as dark as ever, with another mess for the Byrdes to try and clear up.

She sits with her wine, staring out the window, watching life go by without her. But when a handsome neighbour (Tom Riley) and his adorable daughter move in across the street, Anna starts to see a light at the end of the tunnel. That is until she witnesses a gruesome murder… Or does she?
