Apple TV+ bids farewell to one of its big hitters this August, with the final chapter of See, but there’s no slowing down its rollout of new adult TV, from a Hurricane Katrina drama to the US remake of Belgian series Clan.

Here’s what’s coming soon to Apple TV+ UK in August 2022:

Luck – 5th August

From Apple Original Films and Skydance Animation comes the story of Sam Greenfield, the unluckiest person in the world! Suddenly finding herself in the never-before-seen Land of Luck, she must unite with the magical creatures there to turn her luck around.

Five Days at Memorial: Season 1 – 12th August

As the water rose, resources depleted, and exhaustion set in, the employees at Memorial Medical Center faced unimaginable choices following Hurricane Katrina. Written and directed by John Ridley and Carlton Cuse. Episodes 1 to 3 arrive together, with the remaining episodes arriving weekly until 16th September.

Snoopy: Season 2, Part 2 – 12th August

Based upon the Peanuts comic strip by Charles M. Schulz, this animated family series stars the internationally beloved beagle and his feathered best friend Woodstock as they tackle all-new adventures. The new episodes arrive alongside Lucy’s School, a new original special celebrating educators.

Bad Sisters: Season 1 – 19th August

This darkly comic 10-episode thriller, based on the Belgian series Clan, follows the tight-knit Garvey sisters who have always looked out for each other. When their brother-in-law winds up dead, his life insurers launch an investigation to prove malicious intent — and set their sights on the sisters, all of whom had ample reason to kill him. Sharon Horgan leads a cast that includes Anne-Marie Duff and Claes Bang. Episodes 1 and 2 arrive together, followed by episodes weekly until 14th October.

Surfside Girls: Season 1 – 19th August

Sam and Jade are on the hunt to find hidden treasure in the town of Surfside – but they may have to stop trouble before it washes ashore. Based on the best-selling graphic novel series by Kim Dwinell. All 10 episodes arrive at once.

See: Season 3 – 26th August

The third and final chapter of this sci-fi saga is set almost a year after Baba Voss (Jason Momoa) has bid farewell to his family to live remotely in the forest, but when a Trivantian scientist develops a new and devastating form of sighted weaponry that threatens the future of humanity, Baba returns to Paya in order to protect his tribe once more. The eight-episode season will premiere one episode at a time weekly on Fridays.
