Apple TV+ expands the Mythic Quest universe this month, as well as a new satirical comedy starring Seth Rogen, but it’s not all laughs and video games: there’s new crime drama Dope Thief plus two-part documentary Number One on the Call Sheet – and, of course, the finale of Severance Season 2.

Here’s what’s coming soon to Apple TV+ in March 2025:

Dope Thief – 14th March

Based on Dennis Tafoya’s book, the eight-part series follows long-time Philly friends and delinquents who pose as DEA agents to rob an unknown house in the countryside, only to have their small-time grift become a life-and-death enterprise, as they unwittingly reveal and unravel the biggest hidden narcotics corridor on the Eastern Seaboard. The first two episodes arrive on Friday 14th March, followed by weekly episodes until the finale on 25th April.

BE@RBRICK: Season 1 – 21st March

This animated musical comedy follows Jasmine and her bandmates as they pursue their dreams and inspire others to do the same. But it won’t be easy to do when living in a world where everyone’s role is chosen for them and where the painted-on look you receive when you graduate from high school determines who you’ll be for the rest of your life. Jasmine realises that in order for her world to change, she and her friends may have to make it happen themselves. All episodes arrive at once.

Side Quest: Season 1 – 26th March

An expansion of the Mythic Quest universe, this spin-off comedy series explores the lives of employees, players and fans who are impacted by the game in an anthology format. All 4 episodes arrive at once.

The Studio: Season 1 – 26th March

Seth Rogen stars in this comedy series as Matt Remick, the newly appointed head of embattled Continental Studios. As movies struggle to stay alive and relevant, Matt and his core team of infighting executives battle their insecurities as they wrangle narcissistic artists and craven corporate overlords in the ever-elusive pursuit of making great films. With their power suits masking their never-ending sense of panic, every party, set visit, casting decision, marketing meeting and award show presents them with an opportunity for glittering success or career-ending catastrophe. As someone who eats, sleeps and breathes movies, it’s the job Matt’s been pursuing his whole life, and it may very well destroy him. The first two episodes arrive on Wednesday 26th March, followed by weekly episodes until the finale on 21st May.

Number One on the Call Sheet – 28th March

With unprecedented access and candid interviews, Number One on the Call Sheet takes us on an intimate journey with some of Hollywood’s most extraordinary leading Black men and women as they shine a light on the joys and challenges of being a Black actor, share breakthrough moments, discuss blueprints for success and honour legends, while recognising the next generation’s enormous potential. Both parts arrive at once.
