The Great British Bake Off is coming to Netflix UK this March

The Great British Bake Off is officially coming to Netflix UK this month, we can confirm.
The nation’s favourite cooking show has gone from strength to strength with each new serving, starting off on BBC Two before jumping to BBC One – and, in 2017, being poached by Channel 4. That new incarnation proved divisive at first, as previous hosts Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins were replaced by Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding, while queen of baking Mary Berry was replaced by Prue Leith, joining the blue-eyed handshaker Paul Hollywood in the tenant.
One thing that hasn’t change, though, is the warm heart at the core of the show’s recipe. Other reality TV contests are aspirational, encouraging people to dream of being famous singers or TV acts. The Great British Bake Off, on the other hand, is inspirational, encouraging people to stay indoors and do something they can do already. And it sprinkles some bad puns on top.
Whether you miss Mel and Sue or you’re simply craving the show’s next serving, you’ve now got the chance to go back to the very beginning of Bake Off, with the first seven seasons landing on Netflix UK this weekend. So settle down on the sofa and line up a mouth-watering array of technically delicious pastries, show-stopping desserts and plenty of soggy bottoms, and prepare for a sweet treat to fill up your whole Bank Holiday weekend.
The Great British Bake Off Seasons 1 to 7 arrive on Netflix UK on Saturday 31st March, alongside the following BBC shows:
French and Saunders Season 1 to 6
Almost Royal Season 1 and 2
John Bishop Live: The Rollercoaster Tour Season 1
The Job Lot Season 1 to 2
Porridge Season 1 to 3
Mock the Week Season 15 (11 to 14 currently on Netflix)
Horrible Histories Season 3 to 5 (1 and 2 currently on Netflix)
Top Gear Season 9 to 19 (19 to 24 currently on Netflix)
Get ready, set… binge!
