Good news! The final episodes of Breaking Bad are going to be longer!
Also, bad news! The final episodes of Breaking Bad are going to be longer!
Yes, the last two episodes of AMC’s excruciatingly brilliant TV series will last for an extra 15 minutes apiece. Writer Peter Gould confirmed the runtime on Twitter yesterday:
“I checked & it’s official. Last 2 #BreakingBad eps are 75 minutes each w/commercials. Set your DVRS accordingly. Better still, watch live!”
It’s great news for those who stream episodes of Breaking Bad Season Five on Netflix UK every Monday and wish that they could get a feature-length special of the absurdly high quality drama – at almost 80 minutes, this is the closest to a Breaking Bad movie we’ll ever get. For those who sit there on the edge of their seat suffering major heart palpitations and struggling to breathe, though, the prospect of facing that torture for an hour at the start of each week is terrifying. Speaking of terrifying conclusions, the poster for the final episode of Breaking Bad is here.
