US TV show Crossing Lines to premiere on LOVEFiLM Instant

LOVEFiLM will premiere US TV show Crossing Lines exclusively in the UK on Friday 25th October.
Hot on the heels of BBC America’s Copper, the Amazon-owned company has snapped up the rights to another acclaimed crime series: Crossing Lines.
The global thriller premiered on prime time NBC in June this year and stars Prison Break’s William Fichtner, Donald Sutherland, Marc Lavoine and Game of Thrones’ Tom Wlaschiha.
– for the first time with the entire hit series available to watch instantly on LOVEFILM.
The show taps into – and extends – the real life mandate of the International Criminal Court to investigate serialised cross-border crimes and hunt down global criminals. The show has been a success in America, with a second season already in production. Joining the ensemble for its next run will be recurring guest stars Carrie-Anne Moss and Ray Stevenson – that, too, has been snapped up for exclusive availability on LOVEFiLM at an unknown future date.
Chris Bird, Director of Content Strategy at LOVEFiLM: “Today is another milestone moment in LOVEFiLM’s history as we take our next step into bringing new and previously unseen premium TV series to UK audiences. Knowing how much our members enjoy Criminal Minds, we are incredibly excited to become the exclusive home of Crossing Lines in the UK, and we think our TV fans are going to be completely captivated by this European police drama.”
We’ll bring you our verdict on the show in the run-up to its release.
