How do we make sense of the madness of our lives once we become parents? What am I going to tell my daughter about conformity and responsibility? What happens if she grows up to be like me? Or, worse, to date someone like me?

These are the questions being asked by Russell Brand, as he makes his Netflix debut. Russell Brand Re:Birth sees the comedian get loquacious in London as he ruminates on the state of the world and marvels over how his life changed the moment he became a father.

The special was recorded at Hackney Empire earlier this year and sees Brand join a growing number of British comics take to the mic on Netflix, including Frankie Boyle, Jimmy Carr and James Acaster.
