“He doesn’t look like the type to kill somebody,” says a member of the public in Netflix’s new documentary, Conversations with a Killer. The series gives us a look inside the mind of Ted Bundy, using statements from the serial killer.

The Ted Bundy Tapes promises to bring the infamously twisted mind of Bundy into the light for the very first time and with never-before-heard interviews from the “Jack the Ripper of the United States”. The docuseries focuses on a man whose personality, good looks and social graces defied the serial-killer stereotype, allowing him to hide in plain sight as he committed the brutal killings of more than 30 women before being caught in 1978.

The documentary premieres on Friday 24th January, which marks 30 years since he he was executed in the electric chair at Florida State Prison. Read on for the trailer – or head this way for our guide to what’s coming soon to Netflix in January.
