Amazon is taking us Inside Borussia Dortmund this August, with a new documentary series following the German team.

In December 2019, Prime Video will offer live and exclusive Premier League matches available on Prime Video in the UK. The offering comprises of two full fixture rounds – the early December mid-week games on 3-5th December and the Boxing Day fixtures on 26-27th December – featuring live coverage of every Premier League team, meaning fans of every single Premier League club will be guaranteed to watch their team play twice on Prime Video.

To go with that, Amazon has doubled down on its footballing content, with documentary series This Is Football premiering this month, alongside a new weekly talk show, Back of the Net. With All or Nothing: Manchester City already streaming on Prime Video too, Amazon is now heading overseas for another in-depth profile of a top-flight team.

The show promises to take fans behind the scenes of one of the Bundesliga’s biggest clubs and re-live the thrilling 2018/19 football season from the team’s point of view. Discover their training facilities, experience the locker room drama first-hand, and become acquainted with the players’ personal lives.

Directed by Aljoscha Pause, the series premieres on 16th August. Here’s the trailer:
