HBO Max’s The Flight Attendant will land on Sky One this March, and a new trailer gives us a look at the darkly comedic thriller.
The Flight Attendant is a story of how an entire life can change in one night. A flight attendant (series star and executive producer Kaley Cuoco) wakes up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed, with a dead man – and no idea what happened. The series is based on the novel of the same name by New York Times bestselling author Chris Bohjalian.
Starring alongside Cuoco are Michiel Huisman, Zosia Mamet, TR Knight, Michelle Gomez, Colin Woodell, Merle Dandridge, Griffin Matthews, Nolan Gerard Funk and Rosie Perez.
The Flight Attendant debuted last November in the USA and was quickly renewed for a second season. It has since received nominations for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy and Kaley Cuoco for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy from the Golden Globe Awards; Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series and Kaley Cuoco for Oustanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series from the Screen Actors Guild Awards; Best Comedy Series and Kaley Cuoco for Best Actress in a Comedy Series from the Critics’ Choice Awards; and Best New Series at the Writers Guild Awards.
The series is produced by Warner Bros. Television, Berlanti Productions and Yes, Norman Productions. Greg Berlanti, Kaley Cuoco, Steve Yockey, Meredith Lavender & Marcie Ulin, and Sarah Schechter serve as executive producers of season one. Suzanne McCormack and Jess Meyere are co-executive producers. Susanna Fogel directed and executive produced the first two episodes of the series, which was developed by Yockey.
Now, it’s touching down on UK TV, with the series set to premiere on Sky One and NOW from 19th March. Here’s a trailer:
