Trailer: Pennyworth will return for Season 2 in February

Pennyworth will return to UK TV in February 2021 for Season 2, STARZPLAY has confirmed.
From Warner Horizon Scripted Television, the DC origin series follows Alfred Pennyworth (Jack Bannon – The Imitation Game), a former British SAS soldier in his 20s, who forms a security company in 1960s London and goes to work with young billionaire Thomas Wayne (Ben Aldridge – Our Girl), who’s not yet become Bruce Wayne’s father.
At Brazil Comic-Con last weekend, STARZPLAY confirmed that Pennyworth will return for a second run in February. In addition to Bannon and Aldridge, returning stars will include Emma Paetz (Gentleman Jack), Hainsley Lloyd Bennett (EastEnders), Ryan Fletcher (Outlander), Dorothy Atkinson (Hanna) and Ian Puleston-Davies (Tin Star), with Paloma Faith (The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus) and Jason Flemyng (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button). James Purefoy (The Following), Edward Hogg (Taboo), Jessye Romeo (Curfew), Ramon Tikaram (Brassic) and Harriet Slater (Faunutland and the Lost Magic) will also be joining the cast as series regulars.

Based on DC characters created by Bob Kane with Bill Finger, the 10-episode drama series from Warner Horizon Scripted Television is executive produced by Bruno Heller (Gotham, The Mentalist, Rome) and Danny Cannon (Gotham).
In addition to Bannon and Aldridge, the series stars Emma Corrin (The Crown), Emma Paetz (Gentleman Jack), Hainsley Lloyd Bennett (Eastenders), Ryan Fletcher (Outlander), Dorothy Atkinson (Hanna) and Jessica Ellerby (Lovesick), plus Paloma Faith (The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus) and Jason Flemyng (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button).

In addition to Bannon and Aldridge, the series stars Emma Paetz (Gentleman Jack), Hainsley Lloyd Bennett (Eastenders), Ryan Fletcher (Outlander), and Dorothy Atkinson (Hanna, Harlots, Call the Midwife), along with Paloma Faith (The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus) and Jason Flemyng (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button).
