Season 3 of Scandal will be available to watch online in the UK from Thursday 31st July.
The third season of the number 1 US network drama has already been showered with critical acclaim in the US, where it airs on ABC, and will come to Sky Living at 9pm on Thursday 31st July. Those without Sky will be able to watch it live – and on-demand afterwards – through NOW, Sky’s VOD subscription service. A NOW Entertainment Membership costs £4.99 per month and gives live and catch-up access to Sky’s TV channels, such as Sky Atlantic and Sky 1, as well as Fox, which means that viewers can see Scandal, Hannibal, True Blood, Ray Donovan and other series without a contract. (The Entertainment Membership price will increase to £6.99 from 16th October 2014.)
Scandal follows the twists and turns of crisis manager Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) and her team of lawyers, hackers and political insiders. Olivia, a former media consultant to the President of the United States, left the White House to open her own prominent crisis management firm and now dedicates her life to protecting and defending the public images of the nation’s elite and keeping their secrets under wraps.
Season 3 sees Olivia Pope and Associates face their biggest scandal to date with surprising allegiances formed in order to get things handled. Fans will also be introduced to Olivia’s parents, each of them as despicable as the other and learn the truth behind Fitz and Mellie’s dysfunctional relationship. With tragedy striking more than one key character, this is the deadliest season of Scandal to date.
Never seen Scandal? Season 1 and 2 are available to stream now ahead of the start of Season 3. (These will be removed soon after the premiere of Season 3 , which will also only be available on NOW for 30 days after each episode’s broadcast.)
