Ryan Reynolds and Shawn Levy are reteaming for an action thriller for Netflix.

Levy will direct the film from a script by Cruella, The Lost City and How to Be Single writer Dana Fox. The untitled project is described by Netflix as a “high-concept ensemble action comedy”. It will be produced by Simon Kinberg and Audrey Chon for Genre Films, Ryan Reynolds for Maximum Effort, Dana Fox, and Shawn Levy for 21 Laps.

The Hollywood Reporter has a few more details on the picture, which it describes as a “globally set caper flick a la Ocean’s Eleven”.

With the names involved, the heist has become a high-value target, prompting a reported bidding war before Netflix emerged as the winner. It’s still in early development, but follows a number of hits for Levy and Reynolds, including Free Guy, The Adam Project and the upcoming Deadpool 3. Levy, meanwhile, is no stranger to Netflix, having most recently collaborated on the series All the Light We Cannot See.

Executive producers on the project include Molly Milstein and Margy Love.
