A Power Rangers universe is in the works at Netflix.

The streaming is teaming up with eOne for the ambitious new project, which will incorporate series and films in a Game of Thrones and Marvel-style move. Entertainment One acquired Hasbro last year in a $4 billion deal and has already brought in former HBO President of Programming Michael Lombardo to head up its TV arm, with an eye to developing the board game giant’s intellectual property and brands into screen entertainment.

Chief among a slate that ranges from Dungeons & Dragons to Clue is Power Rangers, which is shepherded by Jonathan Entwistle. Entwistle most recently co-created the Netflix original series I Am Not Okay With This and created the series The End Of The F***ing World.

“Since we set up Power Rangers with Jonathan, we pitched really a whole-world approach,” Lombardo explained in an interview with Deadline. “It’s not just one show, it is shows followed by films, some kids’ programming. We have found a great writing partner for him, they are off. Knock on wood, Netflix is excited, we’re excited, we hope to have some news soon.”

Netflix is no stranger to the franchise, with Power Rangers Dino Fury already acquired by the platform in a second window deal. Other Power Rangers catalogue entries are also present, including Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Ninja Steel and Beast Morphers.

Other notable projects include a game show based on Monopoly, which is attached to CBS.
