The Lincoln Lawyer is driving onto Netflix again, and a new trailer gives us a first look at Season 2.
The series, which is based on Michael Connelly’s books, follows Mickey Haller, an iconoclastic idealist, runs his law practice out of the back seat of his Lincoln, as he takes on cases big and small across the expansive city of Los Angeles.
The 10-episode second chapter will be based on the fourth book in Connelly’s series, The Fifth Witness. Manuel Garcia-Rulfo will return to reprise his role as Mickey Haller, alongside Neve Campbell (Maggie McPherson), Becki Newton (Lorna), Jazz Raycole (Izzy), and Angus Sampson (Cisco).

Netflix renews The Lincoln Layer for Season 2

Netflix has renewed The Lincoln Lawyer for a second season.
The series, which is based on Michael Connelly’s books, follows Mickey Haller, an iconoclastic idealist, runs his law practice out of the back seat of his Lincoln, as he takes on cases big and small across the expansive city of Los Angeles. The first season is based on the second book in The Lincoln Lawyer series, The Brass Verdict, and debuted last month, racking up 260.53 million hours viewed as of 5th June.
Now, Netflix has confirmed that the series will return for another 10 episodes, with Season 2 based on the fourth book in Connelly’s series, The Fifth Witness.
Manuel Garcia-Rulfo will return to reprise his role as Mickey Haller, alongside Neve Campbell (Maggie McPherson), Becki Newton (Lorna), Jazz Raycole (Izzy), and Angus Sampson (Cisco). Behind the camera, Dailyn Rodriguez (Queen of the South, The Night Shift) has joined the series as co-showrunner and executive producer, with Ted Humphrey, who developed the series alongside creator David E Kelley, returning as co-showrunner/executive producer.
