Homeland Season 3 launches iTunes Season Pass

Homeland Season 3 returns to Channel 4 TV screens on Sunday 6th October – and also to the screens of iPhones, iPads, iMacs and Apple TVs. Yes, the Showtime thriller will be available to download and own every week from iTunes following its broadcast. And you can buy it now, before episode one has even aired, and watch an exclusive prologue for the new season.
It may seem daft to pay for a show available on Freeview TV, but for those wanting to own the show – or watch it on the go in HD – iTunes is a natural choice. After all, it will be a long wait for the show to hit DVD (there’s still no official UK release date), while iTunes allows you to own the programme immediately.
Now, iTunes has released the Season Pass for pre-order. The cost? £19.99 for standard definition and £24.99 for HD.
The bonus? The iTunes exclusive video, The Border: A Prologue to Homeland Season 3.
You can buy it here:
Homeland Season 3 opens during the aftermath of the horrific terror attack that decimated the U.S. intelligence apparatus, and prompted a global manhunt for the world’s most wanted terrorist. As Carrie and Saul begin to pick up the pieces of their shattered professional and personal lives, they are swept up in the political and media firestorm surrounding the terror attack.
