“Usually, two opposites complete each other. Together, you two don’t even make a normal person.” That’s the sound of Netflix pouring out a new comedy, as Brews Brothers heads to the site this April.
The series follows two estranged siblings who wind up running a brewery together. Alan Aisenberg (Orange Is the New Black) and Mike Castle (House Guest, Clipped) star as Wilhelm and Rodman, two beer geniuses who each have their own techniques and personalities.
The series is created by its own impressive double-act: Jeff Schaffer (Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The League) and Greg Schaffer (That ‘70s Show, The Tracy Morgan Show). Together, you can expect monks, fire, dogs, bodily fluids and more – and you can get a taste of that unusual recipe on Friday 10th April when the series premieres on Netflix.
Here’s the trailer:
Brews Brothers is available on Netflix UK, as part of an £9.99 monthly subscription.
