Trailer: Bosch: Legacy returns for Season 2

Harry Bosch is back in Bosch: Legacy and a new trailer gives us a first look Season 1.
The second season picks up with the Season 1 cliffhanger, following a masked assailant abducting Madeline “Maddie” Bosch (Madison Lintz). The new season includes the return of beloved characters from the original Bosch series, including Jerry Edgar (Jamie Hector), Det. Robert “Crate” Moore (Gregory Scott Cummins), and Det. “Barrel” Johnson (Troy Evans), who join Bosch (Titus Welliver), Honey “Money” Chandler (Mimi Rogers), Maurice “Mo” Bassi (Stephen A. Chang), and Det. Reina Vasquez (Denise Sanchez) in the search to find Maddie before time runs out.
Additional returning cast members include Martin Rose (David Moses), Det. Joan Bennett (Cynthia Kaye McWilliams), Sgt. John Mankiewicz (Scott Klace), Det. Julie Espinosa (Jacqueline Pinol), Christine Vega (Jacqueline Obradors), Rondell Pierce (DaJuan Johnson), and Det. Brad Conniff (David Marciano).
Bosch: Legacy follows Harry Bosch, a retired homicide detective turned private investigator, as he embarks on the next chapter of his career; attorney Honey “Money” Chandler, who struggles to maintain her faith in the justice system after surviving an attempted murder; and Maddie Bosch, as she discovers the possibilities and challenges of being a rookie patrol cop on the streets of Los Angeles. During Season 2, Bosch and Chandler work together to seek out a killer who just might find them first. As a result of being kidnapped by a masked assailant, Maddie Bosch’s law enforcement career hangs in the balance. The FBI scrutinizes Carl Rogers’ murder and places Bosch and Chandler under suspicion.
Season 2 will see the introductions of Anthony Michael Hall (National Lampoon’s Vacation, The Dark Knight) as Special Agent Will Barron, Max Martini (Pacific Rim, 13 Hours) as Don Ellis, David Denman (Mare of Easttown, Brightburn) as Kurt Dockweiler, Patrick Brennan (The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, The Next Three Days) as David Foster, Rafael Cabrera (Too Old to Die Young, S.W.A.T.) as Vince Harrick, Bruce Davison (X-Men, The Crucible) as James Rafferty, Jessica Camacho (All Rise, Watchmen) as Jade Quinn, and Guy Wilson (Angelyne, Days of Our Lives) as Kevin Long.
You can see them in action on 20th October, when the first four episodes of the new season will be available to stream exclusively on Amazon Freevee, with two additional episodes available each Friday through to the finale on 10th November.
Amazon renews Bosch: Legacy for Season 2

Amazon has renewed Bosch: Legacy for Season 2, ahead of its debut on Amazon Freevee.
The spin-off from Amazon original detective drama Bosch is one of the flagship titles for the online retailer’s free, ad-supported streaming platform, which has been rebranded from its original name of IMDb TV.
It follows retired homicide detective turned private investigator Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver) as he fights to work cases without the authority his former job provided. Meanwhile, attorney Honey “Money” Chandler (Mimi Rogers) struggles to maintain her faith in the justice system after surviving an attempted murder, and Maddie Bosch (Madison Lintz) discovers the possibilities and challenges of being a rookie patrol cop on the streets of Los Angeles. Bosch: Legacy, from Fabel Entertainment, is executive produced by Michael Connelly, Eric Overmyer, Tom Bernardo, Henrik Bastin, Pieter Jan Brugge and Titus Welliver.
The series premieres on 6th May and, before that premiere, Amazon has already ordered a second season.
It’s a statement of intent for the online giant, which has unveiled a slate of original programming for Freevee. That includes America’s Test Kitchen: The Next Generation, the coming-of-age drama Beyond Black Beauty, the family competition series Play-Doh Squished and the music documentary Post Malone: Runaway. Amazon Freevee also picked up a fourth season of UNINTERRUPTED’s Top Class: The Life and Times of the Sierra Canyon Trailblazers.

America’s Test Kitchen: The Next Generation is an unscripted competition series to find the next dynamic talent to join the America’s Test Kitchen (ATK) team.
Inspired by the beloved novel, Beyond Black Beauty is a coming-of-age dramedy that follows Jolie Dumont, an equestrian with Olympic aspirations whose journey is suddenly halted when her mother, Janelle, moves them from their posh Belgium life to Janelle’s childhood home in Baltimore.
Play-Doh Squished is a family competition series where three teams of four family members and/or friends compete in a series of physical and creative challenges. To take home the grand prize, teams must combine imagination and inspiration with Play-Doh compound as the medium.
Post Malone: Runaway is a one-hour music documentary showcasing the story of Grammy-nominated Post Malone’s first arena tour, 2019’s The Runaway Tour. The movie, which will be the second Original film on Amazon Freevee, features exclusive backstage access, live performances, and intimate interviews, peeling back the curtain on Post Malone’s personal and professional life during this pivotal career milestone.
UNINTERRUPTED’s Top Class: The Life and Times of the Sierra Canyon Trailblazers showcases the Sierra Canyon Trailblazers, one of Southern California’s elite high school basketball teams, as they chase championship history and balance school, friendships and their budding basketball careers. Season 3 will take viewers on a journey as the Trailblazers put it all on the line to regain their spot as the ‘22 CIF-champions.
Last month, Amazon Freevee announced a 70 per cent year-over-year increase to its Originals slate, including a new home-design series, Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis, premiering 10th June. Additional Originals in various stages of production for the free streaming service include: Greg Garcia’s comedy series Sprung, premiering this summer; High School, a scripted series adapted for television by Clea DuVall, produced by Plan B, and based on the New York Times best-selling memoir by Grammy-nominated, platinum recording artists Tegan and Sara Quin; Primo, the coming-of-age comedy from Michael Schur and Shea Serrano; and On Call, the half-hour procedural drama from prolific TV producer Dick Wolf. Amazon Freevee also recently announced the Season 2 pickup of Judy Justice, streaming’s first daily court programme helmed by television icon Judge Judy Sheindlin.
