All 4 invites you to dive under the covers with Made in Chelsea’s Jamie Laing this month, as In Bed With Jamie returns for a second season. From candid celeb chatter to a spin-off from One Born Every Minute, not to mention the return of classic drama Shameless for binge-watching, here’s what’s new and coming soon to Channel 4’s streaming service in April 2017:
In Bed With Jamie: Season 2 (Available now)
Get ready to dive under the covers with Jamie Laing as the new series of In Bed With Jamie, returns as a series of eight original shorts on All 4.
With a carnival atmosphere and no question off-limits, Jamie Laing once again cheekily quizzes his mystery celebrity guests as they drop by for pillow talk and mischievous challenges, all from the comfort of his own bed.
Produced by Monkey Kingdom, the first season of In Bed With Jamie had a variety of famous faces jump into bed with the First Dates maître d’ Fred, Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison, as well as Made in Chelsea favourites, including Mark Francis, JP and Francis Boulle.
In Season 2, even more familiar faces are set to open their doors for bedroom antics and off-the-record chat. The first episode kicks off in style with a raft of famous guests and juicy gossip, featuring Hollywood rising star, Scott Eastwood, comedian Katherine Ryan, and Joey Essex.
I Was Born On One Born (25th April)
Since the programme’s launch in 2010, over 250 babies have been delivered on BAFTA-award winning series One Born Every Minute. I Was Born on One Born catches up with six of those children, now at primary school, who have the rare opportunity to watch their censored One Born footage with their proud and emotional family.
Gap Year (Box Set)
Join in the eventful adventures of British lads Dylan (Anders Hayward) and Sean (BAFTA-nominated Ade Oyefeso), childhood friends who have drifted apart, and initially set out to backpack through China but end up taking on the whole continent of Asia, through ancient rainforests, full moon beach-parties, futuristic Asian mega-cities and remote monasteries in the foothills of the Himalayas.
Gap Year is the eight-part comedy drama from Tom Basden (Plebs, Fresh Meat, BBC’s forthcoming Quacks), and sees the pair quickly form a motley crew with the first fellow travellers they meet, including relentlessly upbeat Brit Greg (Edinburgh Comedy Award winner, Tim Key), conscientious Chinese-American May (Alice Lee), and headstrong party-animal Ashley (Brittney Wilson).
Shameless (Box Set)
Pick back up with the Gallagher family, with all 11 seasons of Paul Abbott’s multi-award winning drama available to watch now on All 4. The show stars David Threlfall as Frank Gallagher, alcoholic father to six children: Fiona (Anne-Marie Duff), Lip (Jody Latham), Ian (Gerard Kearns), Carl (Elliott and Luke Tittensor), Debbie (Rebecca Ryan) and Liam (Joseph Furnace). Additional cast members include James McAvoy, Tina Malone and Maxine Peake.
